Golf Foot and Ankle Injuries
Although golf doesn’t involve running or jumping, golf foot and ankle injuries do occur. Golf related foot and ankle injuries can occur either from a traumatic event or more commonly from overuse type injuries. Golfers should be aware of the following risks:
